THE ORDER OF PLACEMENT AND ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOTEL "OKTYABRSKAYA"1. “Oktyabrskaya” hotel is intended for temporary stay.
2. Hotel serves round-the-clock.
3. Check-out time 12:00
4. Payment for accommodation is taken according to the check-out time, rules and hotel`s pricelist. Hotel admits daily payment for accommodation.
5. Guests do not have to pay for children under 7 years if they do not have an individual bed. If a child stays in an individual bed, guests should pay according to hotel’s price list.
6. Information about price is publicized on hotel’s web-site www.hoteloctober.ru and reception.
7. Payment for accommodation and additional hotel services are accepted in cash and non-cash form. The next credit cards are accepted : MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, JCB, China UnionPay.
8. In case of cash payment guest is given a check and standard form of bill.
9. Arrival into the hotel is at 14.00 a.m.
10. Assignment of the room earlier than 12.00 a.m. is possible only if the hotel has available rooms at this moment:
-Guaranteed arrival from 00.00 a.m. till 08.00 a.m. is paid 50% of the price of the room.
- Guaranteed arrival from 08.00 a.m. till 12.00 a.m. is paid 30% of the price of the room.
11. For additional placing of visitor from 23.00 till 8.00 the payment is raising (1000 RUB for the person)
12. The hotel accommodation is given to the visitor after a passport registration. At the consent of the client with operating rules of hotel and registration of residing the contract on rendering of hotel services is considered concluded.
13. Cancellation of application for reservation or change it must be made within a period of not less than 24 hours for individual application and within a period of not less than 72 hours for group applications (more than 4 persons) before the expected date of arrival. In case of refusal after the deadline or no-show guests will be charged for actual in the amount of 100% of booked rooms per night.
14. Time hotel accommodation should not exceed three months. Hotel accommodation over three months can be provided only in coordination with hotel management.
15. Upon termination of the period of residing the visitor is obliged to release room to checkout time (12:00 current days), prolongation of the period of residing is made only in the absence of the reservation on given room. If guests need to prolong their accommodation, the hotel can offer any vacant room.
16. At residing prolongation for the part of the day the payment is raising:
50% from a room rate at departure from 14:00 till 18:00
For full day – at departure from 18:00 till 12:00 next day
17. The hotel introduces the variety of services which are free of charge:
- Satellite TV
- A wake-up call
-Free WI-FI access
- Using the iron
- Using the medical first-aid kit
- Left-luggage office services
18. Extra services in our hotel are provided according to the price-list. You can get the additional information about ordering extra services at the reception and in a guest room
19. The guests of "Oktyabrskaya" hotel is obliged:
-To follow the rules established in “Oktyabrskaya” hotel;
-To not disturb other hotel guests, to keep quite in hotel public places and in your hotel room;
-To keep cleanliness in number and hotel;
-To follow fire prevention rules strictly;
-In case of fire immediately, to inform any employee in the hotel;
-To pay his bill in time;
-Leaving the room, to close cranes, windows, to turn off the light, to switch off TV;
-In case of loss or damage of the hotel property, to compensate the cost of the loss or damage;
20. For the guest of “Oktyabrskaya” hotel is forbidden:
- To leave in his room anybody (who is not a hotel guest) in his absence, and also to give a room key;
-To hold animals in the hotel rooms;
-To keep in the hotel room large things, inflammable materials, the weapon, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury;
- To use in number heating devices.
21. The hotel administration have the right to visit the room without an agreement with a visitor in case of fire, flooding, and also in case of breaking the accommodation rules.
22. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of money, securities, telephone cards, jewelries and other values which are not put on the safe.
23. The hotel has a right to refuse to prolong the contract in case if the visitor had violated established rules.
